COVID-19 UPDATE: NORSCOT IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS
To Our Valued Customers and Friends:
As we all navigate this unprecedented situation, we want you to know that we are taking recommended precautions to protect the health and safety of our staff while we continue to meet the needs and serve the best interests of our valued customers. At present, we have taken the following steps:
–Norscot has adopted and implemented the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other global agencies and local authorities as to personal hygiene, social distancing and remaining home if there has been risk of contact with the infection. All business travel and visitor access to our offices has ceased.
—Effective March 23, all sales, customer service, purchasing, creative services, digital marketing and accounting personnel are working remotely. Our staff members have the teleworking equipment and technology to allow them to perform their jobs without interruption so that we can continue to provide the highest level of service to all of our customers. Our Account Managers and Account Executives will continue to work with you and our in-house teams on pending and new promotional merchandise projects, and our Customer Service Representatives remain ready and able to assist you. As always, we are available to communicate with you by phone, email and video.
—Norscot’s warehouse and print shop personnel will continue to work on site while observing all recommended cautionary practices. We have standard inventory levels on hand for all of our promotional merchandise catalog programs. Vendors have indicated that, where permitted, they will continue to operate and ship product in the ordinary course. And we will continue to receive, fulfill and ship all merchandise orders and to produce print and banner materials until otherwise directed.
Though these circumstances are challenging, Norscot is committed to meeting the challenge and continuing to provide the best quality promotional products with the highest level of service and satisfaction to our valued clients. As always, we are ready to collaborate with our customers to develop plans and prepare programs to meet current and future needs.
